紅塵人藉由餐敘聯絡感情，原本無可厚非。誰知這場尚未結束，已經在預約下一場十月份大家去泰國度假時，聯繫在泰「兄弟會」的結拜弟兄們再辦另一場聚會，熱烈討論餐廳的選擇，要如何配合泰國兄弟們的身分和消費水準，以免失禮等等。以媛當時禮貌地提醒在名單中選擇有高性價比的適中檔次餐廳即可，大家在吃喝玩樂的同時，想想世界上其他地方有多少人處在水深火熱中妻離子散、無家可歸。能達到敘舊聯誼、賓主盡歡的目的即可，花錢事小，惜福事大。在座女士太太們頗有同感。
