昨天晚上回家走在民生東路上，當過敦化北路紅綠燈時因為街口太長，只過了一半就要轉紅燈，趕緊小跑步，卻想不到一個小顛簸摔了一跤，將右手背擦了幾處破皮。今天是除夕，理當早一點去大姑家幫忙準備年夜飯，眾表妹們看見以媛手上帶傷不方便碰水，大姑也幫忙重新上藥後簡易包紮，就只能做非碰水的打雜事情，讓以媛覺得過意不去，也非常感恩。

 

現在婆家、娘家雙親皆已仙逝，婆家就以大姑為大家長，娘家則不復當年每年祭祖、吃年夜飯的熱鬧了。這讓以媛深深感到一個家族需要有個中心人物，逢年過節可以號召成員們齊聚一堂凝聚向心力。年夜飯或祭祖等等集體活動只是一個象徵或儀式，形成世代傳承的家風，在外遊子因為心有牽絆，潛意識也會有不辱家門的想法，行為舉止不至於過分乖張，數典忘祖，而能維持起碼的善良。凡此種種都根植於中國人「孝」的核心思想中，此時更能體會一些善良風俗對於延續家族傳統的作用力，需要每一位成員重視其中的價值意義，而願意維護於不墜的重要性，社會才能因此而祥和。

 

過年期間家族相聚是個人覺察自己能否過秒關的好時機，隨時內省與人互動時的起心動念、言行舉止是否合於天理人道?能否過秒關，謹言慎行、步步為營?如在今天的《生命之光》所言，忙碌的時候更需要以「超級生命密碼」的愛與感恩，來填補日常生活低迷的能量，不至於在精疲力竭時，礙於現實

而將修行中斷，這是以媛特別督促自己要引以為戒的重點。不停歇地調動「愛與感恩」，秒秒GPS定位心念言行，管好自己的身口意等等，都是將「道擺中央」的實踐。

 

2/16「每日感恩小記」第34輪36日

1.       吃完年夜飯大家繼續圍桌，準備吃八寶飯當成甜點，結果一人一兩口就將過去乏人問津的八寶飯吃得盤子朝天，大姑非常滿意。今晚提早回家，走在清靜的路上，看到沿途不同菜餚的餐廳燈火通明，很感恩自己在大姑家飽餐一頓的滿足。非常珍惜現在我們這一輩還有興致和體力，大家分攤工作，每天晚上料理一桌酒席飯菜，讓每一位家人都心滿意足。

2.       感恩芸甄主持早上「幸福之光晨讀會」，落實「過年修行不打烊」的口號。大家仍然用心導讀、分享，且經由芸甄的串接詮釋，恰到好處，短短30分鐘的共學、共振，較平日更能達到收心、守心的目的。

3.       今天再度重複聽著「風記得我走過」，旋律有些傷感，從歌詞深切體會到因果循環的作用，但又因為了悟其中而勇於面對，產生積極的心態去跳脫既定的框架。感恩這首歌的拉拔之力。
