今天「太陽靈驗轉運法」南港小群共振中導讀《幸福跟著來》3-11自卑境外的富有。發覺許多人在成長過程中都會對自己的某一部分感到自卑或缺乏自信，而產生一些相對的孤傲或武裝，以便取得心理的平衡。以媛回想年輕時在南部因為生活非常單純，沒有甚麼朋友。到台北上大學才開始接觸外面世界及北部的風土人情。需要將過去父母教導的謙虛、自省的做人處事態度，和北部花花世界所見所聞感受到的矛盾做調適。
大學四年建立了學習的自信。到社會上做事，也逐漸找到自己的價值感。其中非常大的變化顯示在穿著上，原本不敢穿鮮豔明亮的衣服，後來竟然喜歡穿明黃、嫩綠、玫瑰紅、孔雀藍等等顏色的洋裝或套裝，不再羞於在眾人面前嶄露自己的身材和思想。的確如太陽盛德導師在書中所說：「….因為沒有將自己擁有的，變成一個平衡的能量場，只看到自己沒有的，甚至覺得別人的一切都比較好，完全舒適自己也處於幸福中。….」其中關鍵在於能量的平衡，當認識到自己的優勢，建立了自信，在必要時適當地表現自己，反而又回復到謙虛、自持和內斂，不必再高傲自大。
在超碼系統，導師要求每日功課必須做秒秒GPS，隨時定位自身的起心動念和言行舉止，對照於《弟子規》有無漏德，同時藉以革除習氣，收斂五毒和去我。凡此種種都在向歷代負能量顯示自己的改過自新、誠心懺悔，《弟子規》儼然成為保命符。然而調伏自己的種種習氣，丟掉包袱，並不容易。必須一而再、再而三地檢視、修正、再調整。有時對自己一再地犯錯感到失望，但以媛發覺自己要有認知，這是自我覺察下的緩步提升，其實一直在往正確方向邁進，仍要感恩天地的照看，感恩負能量的理解，感恩自己的努力不懈。同時也用正向思考，認知自己的優點和長處，鼓勵自己，祝福自己。說穿了，仍然需要有平衡的能量場，客觀看待自己有待改善的不足及值得珍惜的素養，不卑不亢，光明開朗，好人、好事、好運一定會逐漸靠攏。以媛感到這是一種對善與德的一種信仰，堅定信心後就不會心浮氣躁，求短期收穫，自己把自己從超碼系統開除了。

- 雖然已經請到看護，感恩表弟一直守在醫院，陪同大哥進行各種細部檢查，並與住院醫師及主治醫師交談，了解身體的狀況，可以相對及時地做出應變的考慮和準備。
