「天理昭昭 報應不爽」，這句俗語是我們自小耳熟能詳的。只是凡人在受苦受難之餘，很少人會自省宿世造過甚麼罪業，今生才會招致此災而願意積極行功立德，以挽天心。不但如此，有的人甚至會怪罪上蒼不仁，認為因果不準，道德無憑，以做為自己再造罪業的藉口。
這幾年在「超級生命密碼系統」修行，深知上述紅塵人的態度和無知，實在愚之又愚。太陽盛德導師始終強調，學道先學做人，修行先修心。修心說穿了就是依循天理調整心念和心性，不離天地運行的軌道，假以時日次第提升時，天地人自然交融。善不積不足以成德，惡不積不足以亡身。行善造惡，短時間自然看不出其好壞報應，然而只要久久行之，天理之報人，自然不爽。
導師在一個音檔中曾說，身心靈聚合才可能使身口意合一。其中「心」是關鍵，因為心會主導「身」的行為，進一步造作data印記留在靈魂記憶體。心的運作呈現出「意」，意念紛飛最難管束，也往往是造惡業的開端。以媛深深領悟到，「諸惡莫做 眾善奉行」或者「不以善小而不為，不以惡小而為之」雖然都是勸世良言，在日常生活中最具體實際的表現就在：「起好心、說好話、做好事」。這「三好」可以做為以媛秒秒GPS及秒秒感恩的對照。簡單而明白。
